When our young Co-CEO was even younger, she would say “yucky” so many times a day you’d think every meal was covered in cat hair.
No need to offend the chef, so we taught her to say “not my flavour palette” instead.
This made us think, what IS a flavour palette? What’s yours?

Daughter / Co-CEO
9 year old, bilingual,
1st Dan Taekwondo Black Belt, entrepreneur, creative, visionary.
Eats : Fruit, selective veggies and easily incentivized to earn sugar, magically finds space in her stomach for desserts after being full from dinner.
Shari
Grandma (Omi) / Buyer
More years of experience as an executive admin than we are allowed to disclose here. In charge of buying stock and organizing the routes.
Eats : Whatever she wants and feels awesome about it. She loves her carbs and they love her back. Makes the world’s best best bread, and her cookies are irresistible.

Son / Taste Tester
3 years old, helps to remind us that if we wouldn’t feed it to him, is it healthy for the rest of us?
Eats : Whatever you’re having. Yes, the bite you just had. That was his. Food is best served after it’s found the floor. Flavour country.
Laura
Mother / Co-CEO
Not 9 years old, bilingual, education in architecture, 20+ years experience in the energy industry, information and data management, accessibility, operational excellence. COO of the USxI Group of Companies.
Eats : Salt. Savoury lover. When not eating pretzels for their sodium content, she eats vegetables and protein shakes, and only cooks to hide those elements in food for others. More focused on how food makes her feel than flavour. Don’t eat her baking.

Father / CFO
Professional Engineer and certified sweet tooth with a minor in Commerce. 20+ years of experience in Project and Construction Management in the Energy industry.
1st Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo, he chops budgets and breaks barriers to growth!
Eats : Everything everyone else in the family leaves behind. When left to his own devices will order the entire dessert menu in lieu of dinner in restaurants. Not to be left unsupervised in a Bulk Barn.
Barrett
Uncle Bears / Operator
Aka Handy Saint, the Door Doctor, Mr Fix it, and grin and bear it, Uncle Bears gets it done. He’s the one making sure the machines are delivered and set up, and you might see him doing top ups too.
Eats : Everything that Vince couldn’t finish at Christmas, Barrett demolished.
And then like Chuck Norris he willed those calories instantly into muscle by flexing his mind. Make sure to say hi if you see him, friendliest bear you ever met.
